Yes. Tap Copy backup code under Backup on the start screen and keep the code somewhere. On the new device or browser, paste it on the same screen and tap Load from code. Hearts, collection, iconic scenes, endings and charms are merged. A run in progress doesn't transfer.
No. Starting from a line you can't choose is the heart of the game. There's also no way to pick the same conditions and replay.
On the result screen, tap Copy result and a duel link is copied with it. Friends who open the link start with the exact same conditions and compete on score. Charms don't apply in duels.
N 66%, R 27%, SR 6.5%, SSR 0.45%, LEGEND 0.05%. Every 50 pulls guarantees one SR or better, and SSR and LEGEND charms are guaranteed from certain achievements. Getting the same charm again raises its ★ up to ★5, and extra copies become stardust. Full tables are in the guide.

No. They're all randomly combined fictional names. Any overlap with a real name is coincidence.
No. CENTER has no paid currency. You only earn hearts by finishing careers, and charms only come from those hearts.
Yes. The Korean, English and Japanese versions share the same events, odds and results, and your collection is shared across them. Only the run in progress is saved separately per language.
